Shipping Locations
Furndays ships to customers in Canada, the continental United States, United Kingdom and select international destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination.
At this time, we do not ship to British Forces, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories due to significantly higher shipping costs and logistical limitations.
If you are located in one of these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to provide a custom shipping quote where possible.

Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 2 to 3 weeks. This timeframe allows us to ensure every product meets our quality standards before it is shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to shipping carrier operations, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Large Items
Some furniture items may be shipped in larger packages. At this time, white glove delivery is not available, but we are working to introduce this service in the near future.
Tracking Information
All shipments include tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
United States
Under USMCA regulations, our products are exempt from tariffs, so customers in the United States generally do not need to pay customs duties.
United Kingdom
Orders shipped to the UK over £135 may be subject to 20% VAT, which is payable by the buyer at delivery. Orders under £135 may also incur VAT depending on courier and commercial regulations, although customs duties are typically exempt for most furniture items.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
To process a claim, please provide:

After verification, we will issue a return shipping label. Once the item is returned and received in its original condition, a refund will be issued for the order amount.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we may not be able to modify the order if processing has already begun.
PO Box Addresses
We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address when placing your order.
Signature on Delivery
For certain orders, particularly higher value shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of the package.
